The college encourages its faculty members to pursue Orientation Programs, Refresher Courses, and Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) to enhance their knowledge and adopt innovative teaching practices. Such weekly or monthly courses and training programs are offered by UGC-recognized universities and educational institutions. Upon successful completion, faculty members submit their certificates to the college as part of the academic record.
