The College was established in July 2007 with the great efforts of Smt. Kiran Choudhary the then Minister of Forest, Environment, Tourism and Cultural affairs for the upliftment and empowerment of girls students belonging to Tosham and adjoining rural areas. The college was named after the former Chief Minister of Haryana and former railway minister Govt. of India late Sh. Ch. Bansilal. The main objective of this college is for the overall development in all facets of life. Honorable Chief Minister Sh. Bhupender Singh Hooda took initiative to start this college.
The establishment of the college was a significant milestone in the region’s educational development, as it created a dedicated platform for women to pursue higher education without having to travel far from their homes.
The college, which started with a small batch of students, has grown in size and reputation over the years. Today, it offers a wide range of academic programs and has made significant contributions to women’s education in the region.
